Delivery - Shipping costs
Packages are sent via DHL, letterbox packages are sent via PostNL.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
€ 3.95, from an order value of € 30 your package will be delivered to your home for free.
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands:
Belgium, France
€ 7.95, from an order value of € 75 your package will be delivered free of charge.
England, Ireland, Spain
€ 12,00, from an order value of € 100 your package will be delivered free of charge.
Return request
If you are not satisfied with your product or if there are other reasons why you would like to return the product, you have the right to register the product for return within 14 days of receipt. After this notification, you still have 14 days to actually return the product. The costs for return shipment are for your own account. When you use the return request, you will receive the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, back to your account within 14 days after the return notification.
